Investment Structure
Every model home has a different sales objective, floor plan and furnishing requirement. For that reason, our investment is developed around the size of the home, square footage being staged, number and type of spaces, desired furnishing level, and overall positioning of the community.
For multi-home communities, we can develop a coordinated program that maintains a consistent level of presentation while giving each floor plan its own personality.
